PICK OF THE DAY: Crazy Jack Organic Butter Biscuits

|
Wholly organic and (fairly) good for you, Crazy Jack’s organic butter biscuits are a tasty teatime treat with an eco-friendly twist

January might be a distant memory but with the countdown to bikini season in the offing, throwing caution to the wind and scoffing everything in sight probably isn’t the best idea. But if, like us, you’re totally fed up with nuts, seeds and rice cakes, check out organic food purveyor, Crazy Jack’s organic butter biscuits. Now doing the rounds of the office, the ingredients list might say butter, but the calorie count is a fraction of that of chocolate. If that’s made you fear the rusky worst, fear not: these are no bland oatcakes.

Bursting with flavour, the biscuits come in three flavours; cranberry, orange and ginger, and all are absolutely gorgeous. The cranberry provides a subtle fruity hit while the orange flavour is seriously intense. If you like spice, the ginger variety is for you; the mellow butter proving the perfect foil for the zesty ginger. While we like them on their own, they also work nicely with cheese and crumbled up, they give a bog standard apple crumble a fiery kick.
