A Time Comes - A film by Nick Broomfield

Before they were able to paint 'GORDON BIN IT!' down the side of the chimney the operation was halted.

Celebrating the spirit of direct action, acclaimed documentary filmmaker Nick Broomfield and Bright Green Pictures have made A Time Comes, the story of the Kingsnorth six.

The activists were tried and acquitted in a landmark case in September 2008 for their protest at government plans to build a new generation of coal-fired power stations. The jury found their action justified when considering damage to property caused around the world by CO₂ emissions from the plant.
