University of Edinburgh's classic entry pays tribute to Camilla, the guardian of the university skip and her role in highlighting the importance and ease of sorting waste and recycling

University of Edinburgh Entry

This video reinforces the idea that recycling is not a thing of the past – it's still important and a commendable lifestyle choice open to the individual.

Our protagonist James is a well-meaning but naïve student. He wants to dispose of various items of rubbish and, through habit, attempts to discard them in the landfill skip. Camilla, guardian of the skip, however, will only accept items that aren’t recyclable. Accordingly, she rejects his futile attempts and directs him to the recycling bins instead. Finally, James finds an item that is so unpopular that it is probably better off going in landfill.
