This film shows the Student Union building at Bristol fully lit and how it only takes 60 seconds to switch it off. The message is that lighting is a big energy user; switch it off when it's not needed. The low pace and gentle music is a nod to the likes of Andy Warhol, less is more. It also aims to draw the viewer in for the final message. A challenge is given to everyone who watches the film to switch off their building quicker; whether a student union or any other building. It would be interesting to see if this challenge is taken up by others?
