University of Reading entry

Students have always been at the forefront of change, campaigning on issues of injustice and inequality. The biggest problem facing our generation is climate change. We need to make a difference to secure our futures on this planet. At Reading University Students' Union we engage students in campaigning by lobbying our institution to cut carbon, working alongside University Environmental staff on Green Week events like the Plastic Fantastic Fashion Show, and taking action nationally like the 350 stunt, promises for Copenhagen and taking part in the Wave march. It’s our future - let’s fight for it!
