Do Lectures, 16-19 Sept, Cardiganshire
Be inspired by eminent Doers, including conservation experts, then get out and Do something special yourself
Once a year the Do Lectures bring together a collection of inspirational people from all over the world to Fforest Farm in Cilgerran, West Wales, to share ideas, challenge convention, rewrite business models and invent better ways of doing things.
This year’s 22-strong line-up of speakers includes Alasdair Harris, founder of the international marine conservation organisation Blue Ventures, Welsh organic farmer Peter Segger and explorer Ed Stafford, just back from walking the length of the Amazon river. The campaigners, innovators and entrepreneurs will provide practical know-how and inspiration to motivate others to go and Do things.
The lectures are accompanied by workshops, music and good local food. All talks will be filmed and available online.
