Come celebrate everything eco at this year's London Green Fair in Regent's Park

The London Green Fair is London’s largest free green festival and ‘reflects the green aspirations and achievements of London as a whole - celebrating, educating and empowering.’ This year is the festival’s 20th anniversary and 25,000 people are expected to come out to celebrate. What’s more, the festival recently won Best Event in the National Climate week awards, and is up for a PEA award, for best community interest company, on Wednesday.

This year’s attractions include:

• Cutting edge contemporary music and DJs on festival stages

• High-profile speakers and debates in the speakers arenas

• Poetry and spoken word from London's global communities

• A large range of children's activities, workshops and performances

• A London permaculture area

• Dedicated exhibitions areas

• Hundreds of boutique market stalls

• A huge range of campaigning stalls

• Bicycle-powered music area

• Organic bars and global cuisine

• Gorgeous green spaces

• Quality family time

• Serious environmental education and entertainment

• Free outdoor performances from an 80-piece symphonic orchestra from Holland

When: 9th and 10th of June, midday until sundown

Where: Cumberland Green, London’s Regent’s Park (Access is via The Broadwalk, or through either Cumberland or Gloucester gates.)
