Personal Carbon Quotas need to be introduced at a ‘community scale’ new report from the RSA concludes
The RSA's excellent Carbon Limited Project, which aims to test the concept of Personal Carbon Quotas amongst a group of willing volunteers, has produced a report looking at its experience so far.
Key recommendations include building upon existing information gathering schemes, such as store loyalty cards, and introducing carbon trading on a community level to encourage adoption.
